What is Sijnn Online Shop?
We have made all our wines available online, in one place, at our cellar door prices, with free delivery to your door on orders of 6 bottles or more. Our online shop is the only place, outside our cellar doorof course, where you have access to our entire range of wines at the best price.
Do you have a physical cellar door I can visit?
Of course! Our Tasting Room is located in Malgas, about a 2 hour drive from Cape Town. As we are a small winery located in a remote location, our Tasting Room is only open on Fridays and Saturdays between 10am - 3pm.
How do I store my wine?
Here are some quick and simple tips to store our wine:
- Keep the wine below 17°C
- Keep out of direct sunlight and avoid shaking
- Store sideways
What are my payment options?
At the moment, we offer credit card and EFT payment options.
Are my online payments safe?
Yes. We treat your payment security with upmost importance. Our selected payment gateway, Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) uses a highly secure encryption meaning no credit card details are stored on our website.
Do you deliver wine internationally?
At this point we only do deliveries in South Africa. Should you wish to have your wines shipped internationally, you can contact our Online Shop Manager who will assist you with a
courier company specific to your country. Email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to all main centres and regional centres in South Africa.
How soon after I order will I receive my wine?
Approximately 3-5 working days. Please note that delivery time may vary according to where you have asked us to deliver to and the availability of the products. Regional areas are only serviced once a week, so deliveries may take anywhere between 5 – 7 working days.
How do I pronounce 'Sijnn'?
Our most frequently asked question, without a doubt. We like to say 'Sijnn' like the Parisian river, 'Seine'.
